Would the tank's nickname change for every tank? not sure if it's possible, but I remember T34s sometimes having different numbers in vMoW...
Fully possible with using the enumerator function.
The words/decals on tanks will be texmod/detail/enumerator functions. There will be a bunch of them to choose from.
The turret is definately too short, looks good otherwise.
question time:will it use the fuel as...as.. as human use the water in summer?
If by this you mean consume lots of fuel then yes. I would like to implement realistic fuel consumption as well as accurate fuel tank size per vehicle. Ordering tactical movements on large map should include such logistical questions as fuel and resupply.
