This mod catapults Empire at War into 2077. It maintains the game's design philosophy, while adding new units, better graphics, and deeper gameplay.
Nothing shows off your new swag like a video.
Also new texture for the ISD. And those hadron cannons are getting a new particle that lags way less than it does now.

God the Allegiance is beautiful
And I've noticed the Kadalbe has a deathclone. The rest of the ships will have one as well right?
No it doesn't actually have a deathclone yet. Eventually I'll make one.
Nice!!!
Valiants in accion :D... well being annihilated :P
What is the name of the song? I am guessing it is some thing from Manowar?
Manowar - Call to arms
Well, half of it really. They fled before the song could play out :D
3:50
Now thats what the game should have looked like when it came out
You did a amazing job here plz continue this awesome work
pretty neat! did you somehow manage to create HPs which shoot missiles flying in curves (like they fly straight/normal from the HP and first after a while they turn towards the target) or are they fired by the unit itself (like those fired by by MPTL)?
The unit itself acts as a weapon firing them, same old trick ;) I just added regular hardpoints to the ship aswell.
ok, I just thought I saw it firing from numerous spots at the same time so I thought you somehow managed to do it...
Yeah I placed 60 fire bones in 3 different parts of the model. That way it fires from all 3 locations and arc towards the target, looks really nice imo, but it's still one "weapon"
That's a cool idea. It would be awesome to see an SSD with thousands of firebones but only a couple hundred hundred hard points. Not saying for this mod of course since you have the Bellator that has everything in turrets but something like an Executor that doesn't really have many visible weapons. Does it improve performance a lot having 60 firebones vs having 60 separate hardpoints? I can see how it reduces the code a lot.
Check phoenix rising, I believe they have 2000 weapons on their Executor. All untargetable though. Thrawn's revenge is the middle ground, with loaaaaaaaaaaads of targetable hardpoints.
Awesome battle. That Allegiance is just pure awesome and seeing your other models in action is pretty great too.
I hate the empire, but even I'll admit this is a gorgeous ship, you should be proud.
everything looks so shiny and amazing!
One question .... How come no mod has ever made their ship models destructible, like the original ones in the game ? What I mean by destructible, is the way a part of the ship is detached with an explosion, when a hard point is destroyed.
Are those hardcoded, or just too much work to do ?
I would think it's because largely that's not a realistic thing for a whole chunk of the ship to just fall off into space.
That and it takes insane amounts of time to make that a thing. Like it'd make me take twice as long for every model, and I already spend far too long on my ships.
You really know how to make it look cinematic, very nice.
