Thanks guys! The new mod icon was made by Enpremi of the vong mod, he also made a great icon for that mod.

If you look closely (or not so closely, I built the ship so it'd be as obvious as possible) I used both the Allegiances and ISDs superstructure to build the titan. Heavily modified of course, but it should still be visible.

Most impressive. I knew there was something funky going on with the underside of the rear so now it's nice to see why with the inset reactor. Also like the kinda dual hangar look. Looks like there's room for a lot of big guns like it can fit the ISD's octuples, Allegiances quads and maybe 4 of the Bellator duals? Not to mention lots of lighter TL's.

The Centurion and the Harrower would have to be my favorite ships you've ever made.

As always, you make the most beautiful triangles in EAW. Well done again sir.

Totally agreed, top 5 best ships I ever built has them in it.

I made that harrower like, 4 years ago and to this day it's one of the ships I can look at and go damn, that turned out great.

I still don't know how I built the Centurion, it just sort of..appeared after watching the kotor 2 cutscenes for hours on end. I love how that one turned out.

I suck at everything else, but triangles, I've got them down.

But the rebels don't need any more units!? I like every this but man how much more fire power will the imps get? We could at least get a couple more sport ships or frigates like the Assault frig mk1 or if we wanna step into new republic territory maybe the mc80b/mc90 classes?

Beautiful model but being a rebel/new republic player (I say new republic because of the nebula ) gets harder and harder.

Well, all these large ships still suck vs the same thing, which is a bomber attack. These are all commissions, the Annihilator, Titan...possible future ships...which I figured I'd use in the mod since I liked them. They're very counterable though.

If there's any good suggestions for the rebels or consortium that fits in this era I'm open to suggestions. I've said that before but so far I haven't really found anything that scratches my curiosity.

Scratches your curiosity... or your inner artist? Is it just because Imperial ships look so much more amazing than Rebel ones? I mean, the triangles have such a beauty to them... I don't blame you for not wanting to work on ugly looking ships - I know I don't want to.

MC40a light cruiser
Liberator-class cruiser
Dauntless-class heavy cruiser
Assault Frigate Mark I<< Personally the TFU2 variant was very bad ***
Braha'tok-class gunship
Since you hated your version, maybe a remake of the AF MK2?

As far as New Republic goes we have a large variety with the 5th fleet, MC90-MC80B,Mediator class from the Vong war, Hapan ships are definitely an option, E-Wing/K-Wing as late game advanced Star fighters.

The list goes on.

Also, for pirate stations (where you buy all the random craft) I think it would be pretty cool if the rebels could buy generic fighters like R41 star chasers, some black market versions of the Y-Wing, R-22 Spear heads, some older confederacy craft in limited numbers (rebels were known to use them) like the recusant, the munificient, maybe some black market version of Acclamators.

This is a long list but with the way the Alliance functioned there are sooooooooo many options for extra/special/black market units.

Would be cool for an upgraded version of the corellian corvette with extra weapons like in the Rebels cartoon. Extra side turbos and a quad up top.

CIS ships were big and made their way to the rebellion.
Lucrehulk is done and Malevolence was mentioned and there was the Providence dreadnought at 2.17 km long and the Recusant destroyer at 2.54 km long. Nothing near the size of the Titan but big for Rebel ships.

Then there's the Nebula and Endurance that could be experimental prototypes since we already have the Nebula. That Legacy destroyer looks cool too.

Another option for the Rebels is the Dreadnaught and using Fractals design would look cool or use that as a base for an Assault Frigate mk1.

The problem that I have with all of this is that they're just re-hashed versions of roles that ships already fill. mc 40 is just a mc 80 wingless but smaller and less powerful, so no reason to build that lategame, the liberator is just a quasar with guns, so no reason to then build the quasar lategame, the assault frigate...isn't that just a stronger nebulon b? Everything else like the providence and recusant just seem like huge warships, which don't fit the rebellion at all.

I'm trying to have each ship fill a unique role and I for the life of me can't see these ships in any other light than just doing what a ship already does, only better or worse. Which then stops you from building the other ships as soon as the game gets to a certain point.

I really need someone to write down a good piece to get me out of this mental state because I'm stuck in it and we're getting nowhere with this. These all seem like good suggestions but until I get this **** out of my head I'm stuck.

Providence and Recusant each have 1 km long shorter versions but those would just be cannon fodder for Imperators like everything else and don't serve a purpose since a Mon Cal would be better in every way. The longer variants are skinny so mass wise would probably be less than an Imperator. I see them as a 1 build limit tier 5 ship to help out against the bigger Imp ships. Recusant is interesting in that it has a huge gun that can serve a specific role be it long range turbolaser or heavy ion cannon (This is on the short version as well just smaller but still big).

Actually in the new canon the Invincible, which was one of the 2 km versions of the Providence, was used for parts to build a Rebel ship though the Rebel ship was a lot smaller.
Starwars.wikia.com
Then there's Rebel one that I don't know much about:
Starwars.wikia.com
The smaller versions are more canon but the bigger ones would serve more of a purpose. They were used in like one Clone Wars episode each (and I bet the size was someone messing up) but the Separatists probably built more than one of them so the Rebels getting a hold of one isn't too far fetched I would think.

Assault Frigate or Dreadnought could be a Victory counter and would basically just replace the Assault Frigate Mk 2. Fractals version has the same heavy turbos as the ISD 2 albeit in much smaller numbers. It also has some missiles so could be a good support unit to an MC80. MC80 has more firepower and better shields, Dreadnought has better armor and missile weaponry so the two of them together can challenge an ISD and would be cheaper than building two MC-80's. You could make it a slow ship you would use for defensive actions when in a bind and need something tough and cheap to last a little while but then you would want to build the faster but more expensive (and longer build time) MC80 wingless when it's time to attack and you have some breathing room.

Not trying to persuade or anything just trying to throw stuff out to get the creative juices flowing.

The Dreadnought could be a tier 3 cruiser, make it slower than the Victory, with balanced shielding and armor compared with the armor oriented Vic and maybe power to weapons?, and only a couple of fighter wings, not bombers, Make it more expensive than the Vic (because de Dreadnought being more of a multipurpose assault unit and being able to fend off fightercraft better, not counting the mass murdering missile barrage of doom of the Vic...)

The assault frigate mk1 could be a tech 5??, More Turbolasers,(or faster firing, your choice), Power to engines coupled with high speed, weaker hull than the Dred, but with much sturdier shields, so its really vulnerable to bombers maintaining high survivality against standard warships.

Just thinking out loud too :)

Thanks man! I honestly just keep stacking boxes and spheres until something like this comes out, generally without plan or ryhme or reason. I still look at some of my created models (Kandosii, Centurion, looking at you) and I wonder "How dafuq did I built that?" And I still can't answer the question.

I do keep doing it though, so I ruled out "happy accident". I don't want to say I'm anywhere near good though, because as soon as I have a blank screen and a ship that needs to be built, I still have no clue how to start or do something. I just...start trying stuff and models eventually roll from the the production line. Honest to god no idea how it happens. It just does. I ******* wish I knew though, because then I could just say "I want THAT ship." and then a little later I have said ship, having a plan would be so much more helpful. Instead, what I do is basically fumbling about in the dark, and stuff happens. This "procedure" does produce stuff that I generally like in the end though, but I feel like it's a "happy accident" every single time.

I hear you dude. I'm the same way when I'm trying to write a new chapter for my story. I just sit their staring at the blank word document trying to come up with something to type.

However, to remedy this I make a chapter road map document planning out step by step what I want to cover each chapter and it helps keep me on track and organized but even then I hit writers block quite a bit.

I still find myself in that dark place where I'm trying and failing to start on a project.

Maybe if you give yourself guidelines beforehand then it might help you out. The best part is if their is one particular guideline you're not keen on then you can always go back and change it if you don't like it long before you even reach that step.

That's my little cheat sheet to solving my problems. It might work for you, it's only a friendly suggestion.

Either way it goes in despite of your work ethic the ships you produce are amazing so you can only get better from here.

Most impressive! A few thoughts and questions:
1. Will we see a remodel of the GR75 and an actual Executor SSD?
2. Hammerhead Corvettes could a direct counter to small Imperial cruisers
3. Braha'tok Gunships could specialize in the much tougher fighters that the CR90 and DP20 might have trouble with
4. Could there be a Home-One class MC80 cruiser like Home One?
5. MC40 could be a direct counter to the Acclamator cruiser

Nothing you should be forced to do. Just some suggestions that may help out with your predicament with additional ships and a few questions about others.

I absolutely love this. ESPECIALLY that extension on the underside of the bow! I don't know why, but that just looks so awesome. I can definitely see the ISD/Allegiance superstructures melding together here. Lovely work. On the fence about that massive hangar, but it's okay because we see the ship from the top 90% of the time.
