This mod catapults Empire at War into 2077. It maintains the game's design philosophy, while adding new units, better graphics, and deeper gameplay.
After overwhelming support from people, the minimum amount for the Executor was reached in a single day. A special thank you goes out to all you guys who've shown your support and came have a chat on Discord, be it monetary support by pledging or just chatting.
Since the build will take an expected 100 hours, the minimum goal has been set to €1000. Another stretch goal has been set at €1500, at which point I can drop all my reponsibilities for a full month and work on the ship full time, this'll greatly speed up production.
At €2000 I'll stream the build of the Executor on Twitch.tv while giving commentary, talking about what I'm doing, listening to music, and talking with chat while building the ship. I have no idea if there are people who're interested in watching me go through the development process of actually building a star destroyer, but if there are, that's the stretch goal.

Well that was fast lol. I want to take this chance to say that I wont actually start the build until the pledges are actually in. This'll prevent the situation where half way through I have to stop and say "Sorry guys, have to get that job back otherwise I wont have the bills paid at the end of the month."
Should that happen, not only is that spirit crushing for me and the people who've pledged, but I'd get accusations of taking peoples money without delivering the Executor, which I of course absolutely cannot do.
That, and I still have a Titan to finish :)

Yes, people apparently really liked the idea of me building a true Super Star Destroyer. We're almost at the second stretch goal too, so we might even see it rather quickly.

Are you going to edit the description of the A-wing to include strong against executor class star dreadnaughts ?
He is going to make a passive ability for the A-wings, something like a % chance of being hit with a Turbolaser, instead of destroying the fighter, it will spin widly and crash on the nearest imperial capital ship, destroying both.

Honestly i was always under the impression that all the other mods were using the default model from the base game and since you have a fetish for the imperial aesthetics ( i think you remade your star destroyer model 5 times by now? ) you were everyone only chance for a good executor model....or atleast one which isn't a big grey triangle with some lego bricks on it and firing its weapon from its flat hull.
