This mod catapults Empire at War into 2077. It maintains the game's design philosophy, while adding new units, better graphics, and deeper gameplay.
Now a neutrally buildable unit on Republic affiliated worlds.
Model and texture by Elratie, with some rigging of mine sprinkled in to make it all work ingame.
All frigates shall dread to face these vessels for naught a frigate can stand to their might
These look amazing in game. Especially with that ISD
Not an ISD
Procursator-class Star Destroyer.
That is one fckn badass model. Fractalsponge made a great design, and Elratie made a great alamo model from it, it's good to finally see it ingame. Cudos to all of you good sirs.
Thumbs up
That's one beautiful model
Can I hug it? I want to hug it. One of my favorite OR ships. <3
I swear the second picture seems taken right from a film
Curious as to how it plays in game? Did you do any poly reduction, or is it the full 50k?
A lot. Most detail is removed and the textures it has are 1 1024^2 map and one 512^2 map. Turrets are from scratch by me and low poly as well.
hey ive never liked star wars imperial ships with that shape but you made this look so damn good. could you one day make your own carrack cruiser? i hate that ship its so ugly id like to see how you would make it.
Thank you, all the credit should go to Elratie though, I simply optimized his ship and made it work with EAW.
I could, but probably won't unless commissioned.
Huh, interesting take on the Dreadnaught, been used to the somewhat standard take on it for so long, it's nice to see someone try something new.
It's fractalsponge's take on the Dreadnaught basicly.
I love the little turrets on the side.
Venerable, reliable, and still powerful despite the fact that it's showing its age. Well done on the optimization, and I'm especially giddy about the turbolaser blisters having turrets. Every time I get to use these ships, it brings that old Timothy Zahn Thrawn series back to life for me.
Believe it or not but this is just another ship i just thought would be great if you would add it. Awesome! :)
