This is the AF Mk.II. The challange was as well to add in visible weaponsystems without destroying the look of the ship :)
It will have the honor to carry the first Quad Turbolaser turrets for the Rebel Alliance!

You keep driving me deeper into depression when I gaze upon this and realize my own artistic inadequacies. As in, why should I make models when there's people making the same **** only 50 times better. (and 50 times faster)
Bloody well done! I especially like how you kept the original design and expanded upon it. Also nice turret positioning, looks very integrated into the ship, much like the MC cruiser, it doesn't look out of place at all which is impressive.

Besides that I wouldnt say 50times faster :P The Height Painting took me 10 hours at least and the compositing of the generators ... well I ended up sitting in front of my ship at 4.00 in the night. I was tired but happy ;)
Well, in the timespan of about two weeks you managed to model four ships, that's the time it took me to buid one Centurion: Moddb.com You're definitely a lot faster :D
If I can understand your creative process in SP I'll perhaps be able to create similar quality, that's why I'm looking forward to those videos :)
It's just ****** to think about all these years I've been making ships and in the timeframe of a few monthes you're making all of that, and doing it better than me. But I'll be back with a vengeance! :D

I have vacation and work the entire day on it so it only seems to be fast.
I feel like the ship took me around 22 hours to be created as you see it right here. (Past 2 days)

J uses way more geometry on his ships so that may be the reason :P
I love how you guys make your own models. It just makes the mod so much more original. Keep up the good work!
