So the heroes and the elven princes will be recruited from the old white structure?

No, the garden will be removed since the scholars will no longer be a recruitable unit. The heroes like Elrond, Arwen and the Twins will move to the fortress.

I'll miss the garden. It was a fine decoration. I hope you will consider it for another function. The library looks splendid, though. Will it train the Elbenfursten (Elven princes, I guess)? By the way, i cannot figure out how to rotate the map to see all angles. Sorry for the dumb question :(

Either you press 4 or 6 on your number block. (if you have a keyboard with the number block) or press the mouse wheel and move your mouse while pressed.

Same... and it's not just racial ignorance, I literally cannot understand a single thing. I guess experience would help, but I don't have the time to go through every power in the game only to discover that the last thing I unlock summons a flying sheep or something...

Excellent update. Finally, no armies scholars in the camp and garden is gone. Will be changes to the DĂșnedain in 4.0?

Description

Take a look at the newest building of Imladris.
The library will replace the scholars as Imladris' source of spellpoints and furthermore provides additional upgrades for your Elven Troops.

Through research you'll be able to improve your Forged Blades, assign better formations, or activate the special abilities of your Lightbearers, just to name a few.
