Damn. i really like the idea and they look awesome :)
After AotR models these ones looks not cool at all. Sorry guys.
AotR is full of lag, almost unplayable with huge armies, the game engine can鈥檛 support hd textures.
Our general community begs to differ :P
I do not like AotR at all, to be honest. Still their models are way better.
There is only a certain amount of detail that can be noticed in the games except in certain situations, and I don't see anything wrong with the turncoats.
Furthermore, we already had to rework models in the past, because they caused too much lagg, so we want to keep the game as playable as possible.
Edain Mod still crashes in many different cases. Too many problems with that. But still here we need to talk about models. You are sharing these images, with a lack of details and in small resolution. So the question is, if the model is not that good and there is no an image in high resolution why do you proud of it to share here ?
We were waiting for the new update not for this picture of nothing. While you are saying that you are working ( new units for arnor, spellbook, new reworked angmar campaign(idk why)) we here are still waiting for goblins.

The Angmar campaign is not done by the Edain Team, it is a submod by Necro and SilverElf. I helped with it and find it amazing.
Also, the model isn't bad, it is quite all right. Not AotR quality of models, sure, but those are of enormous quality. In turn, I think Edain has better gameplay, while AotR has better graphics. Still, I don't see why Edain shouldn't show their own models if they wish to.
So you only wait and appreciate MM ?
Well, they will eventually come since are planned to be very unique as a faction. The question that bothers me is: when they don't post anything for a while, then the mod is "dead". When they do post, why arent the goblins presented or the image is not 4k. People please, decide once and for all what you want and you don't 馃檭
Edain has a lot of amazing textures, take a look: the Arken guards, the mirwood soldiers, isengard uruk, dol guldur and minas morgul orcs and Sauron himself is a masterpiece, even better than Aotr version, but yes, AoTR team has done an amazing job with there models, it is very impresive and I can鈥檛 deny that.
To add to this, Castellans, Black Easterlings, essentially all of Angmar's designs...
I'm sorry but I don't get what you want to tell us. I just don't know what to do with this kind of feedback.
Also your point isn't that logical to me. You have the opinion that Aotr's models are better than Edain's. Ok, that's your personal opinion. But that's why Edain's models are bad? I don't get that at all. Also with this argument Aotr's models also aren't good, because there are always models that look cooler in someones personal opinion.
Joragon, best solution: show them the new battlewagon, I am sure that their jaws will eventually drop 馃槀
Guys do not be too noisy. It is just my opinion. Someone will defend you someone will not, Edain Mod still the best mod for BFME, but team models and speed of work not that cool as AotR for now.
Still! Everyone have their OWN opinion.
Seems like Age of the Ring's community is still angry Edain actually won mod of the year...
Anyway, ignore them, you're models are ******* awesome!
