Description
Generates resources and recruits peasants. Peasants can be armed and rallied by a royal herald to fight for their country.
I can never figure out how to use the upgrades properly.
Just go to that top menu, and choose one of those options. After a while, or what not, use your Heralds (the guys with the flags) to summon them.
