On the neutral Outpost, Gondor can choose between a small citadel and the Dol Amroth Border Fortress.

small unit sizes?
Those hordes are juste starting units. Every faction has unique units to start with, which can't be build.
I wanna see your Gondor Soldiers closer than that :P. Have you seen my new ones, worked pretty hard on them ?
...A real army does not have police men in small numbers, but great battalions! I find frustrating the idea of small battalions, although scouts can be in small numbers!
i like it more with smaller unit size
