Mauhur can be summoned by his captain Ugluk along with a few axe-wielding Uruk scouts.

Is he using a Rohan axe?
miss the crossbow, and miss him being a permanent hero
Where is Mauhur? i dont see him in Edain 3.8.1 or in Edain 4.0 demo
He is summonable as one of Ugluk's abilities.
Why can not this hero be recruited?
I think it would be great recruit in the tower instead of waiting for the ugluk to reach level 10
