Why does he have a Gondor shield?
It's an heirloom from the last alliance ;-)
It's not a gondor shield, it's numenorian (possibly spelt wrong but I can't be bothered to check), from the last alliance before the two kingdoms split.
That's what I thought, when we reskinned the Arnorians the first time. ;)
But the truth is: there were already the two kingdoms Gondor and Arnor at the Time of the Last Alliance. Numenor was an Island that sunk long ago.
So technically it's a shield of the Last Alliance, with the emblem that both kingdoms used at that time (at least in the movies).
This is shield of the Last Aliance? So the elves and dwarves who fought in Last Aliance used this shield too? ...
This is shield of Edain. Men, who stood against Melkor.

(Btw, Freeps = free people)
It's not the shield of Gondor, or the shield of Numenor. It's the sigil of Elendil and his heirs.

The last king of Arthedain(Arnot) one of my favorite characters and looks great .Very very good skin!!!
Sorry for saying that, but Arthedain isnt Arnor. Its "only part" of Arnor. Ie Arvedui technically isnt king of Arnor.
