The Rohan faction will be able to recruit their own unique Haldir from the Inn, complete with different abilities to fight in the battles against the White Hand.
Not to be rude, but dosn't he have Donkey Kong hands?
The original hands were even bigger. :P
Now you won't notice these hands when you see Haldir ingame.
