ESF is a fast paced, 3rd person fighter based on the hit anime, Dragonball Z. Select your favorite character and fly, power up, transform, melee, and beam your enemies into pulp. Each character is given signature moves and abilities to compliment different style of play. Some are stronger in hand to hand combat, others are better with energy attacks. Play in three different game modes, deathmatch, team deathmatch, and capture the dragonballs. There is a learning curve so newbies beware. This is not your normal Half-life mod.

This is amazing. Man I just can't wait to play this with my friends.
I like how dust and grass are kicked up from merely powering up, and I like the detail of the shockwaves. Great job and keep it up. I also like how ripples form when you do this over water as well. You guys have done the best job in keeping me anticipating this game. And you never cease to amaze :D

That game looks cool but also exactly like ZEQ2 Rev 5. The models are the same but the background textures and auras are better. However the fighting is the same. It's choppy and all over the place not to mention how the ki trails are always spazzing out in those games unlike ESF's which are smooth. Looks nice but it's CERTAINLY no ESF. But thanks for letting me know about it. I need something to hold me over until this comes out.

first of all ZED-U(Z enters Unity) is made with unity..totaly diferent than quake3 engine. The gameplay will be epic and is still work in progress by one man.
It doesn t look like zeq2 revo 5.Zeq2 revo 5 is a gamepack that has edits on characters(lame). The ZED-U makes characters, maps and melee from zeq2 lite much better. The melee system is awesome and if you watched the latest vid you would see how epic it looks.About the choppy effects and stuff -.- thats not the truth those are effects and is in my opinion awesome unlike zeq2 lite...you wonder why i care so much?Cuz i support the game and i ll be the beta tester :P :D :D
Aravind is doing a great job(btw did i mention his doing a real hard work?).

Didn't say it didn't look good. Yes the models do look exactly like the models from ZEQ which aren't that good. The effects are choppy. The ki trails like don't flow smoothly, when they teleport, their auras are left behind for a split second and so on. The melee system is better. My point is some guy came in spouting nonsense how some ZEQ Lite thing is better than ESF. However, I am still gonna get this because I need something to hold me over until ESF gets here. And besides, I don't care too much about graphics, that's why I got ZEQ2 Rev 5 in the first place. And I did watch the videos...

Your point in your original comment was that it would be released in a short amount of time, then you say "did you notice it's not finished?" Of course it's a work in progress, didn't say it was done. You came on an ESF page claiming a game based off of ZEQ was better. I explained all the points on why it's nowhere near ESF and now you're being defensive. About your comment on it not being done, when I see everything I just said improved in the span of a few weeks, then I'll acknowledge this "point" in your argument even though the game most likely won't change. In fact I never said it was finished so I don't know why you even brought this up.

Also the creator of the mod said it will be released in 20 days time...about 20 days ago. So yeah it's pretty damn close to release. Invalid point.

Zed-U (and is till think ZEU is a better name for it but WE) is an early pre alpha. Give it time. Im quite interested to see what Aravind can come up with system whise. Since screw the animations ATM the important thing is how he gets the systems implemented and how they work gameplay-wise
