Dusk Creek mod for Crysis

Summary
The mod is a survival horror. A gas from underground has infected people. Shorty after the people are infected they begin to die, only to reawaken as the Undead. You are part of special forces team sent to Dusk Creek to see what is happening there.

Back-Story
A large oil company has been based in a small town in Alaska for many months without any success of finding oil. On one cold winter night the team struck a gas pocket in the ground and then struck oil. The team rejoiced as they struck oil and dismissed the gas pocket they hit. The oil team celebrated late into the night. Gas pockets are commonly found above pockets of oil so they tough nothing of it. What the team hadn’t realised is that the gas pocket they broken through into had contained a dangerous unknown virus.

Over the weeks the workers became ill, doctors were unable to find a cure or even diagnose what the workers had. Over the course of the month the workers health quickly deteriated and they died one-by-one. The town’s people buried the workers in the local cemetery and declared a day of mourning throughout the town. As the night grew the buried oil workers rose from their graves. They slowly made their way towards the town. Anodol Oil, the company who commissioned the oil well in the town had not heard from the workers in over a month. Anodol Oil tried to ring the towns Sherriff but there was no answer.

The oil company then decided to contact the NLEA (National Law Enforcement Agency). The oil company explained what has happened and ask if they can send someone to investigate. The NLEA know more than they are letting the oil company know. 20 Years earlier they had a similar phone call from a town just 50 miles from Dusk Creek. Not wanting to take any chances the NLEA sent the case to a special unit. The Special Forces team made their way to the small town and started to investigate what was happening to the small town.
