Dissolution Fear is Dissolution. Your name is Stephen Cartwright, you are an Engineer at the Xterrier Colony built on a planet at the far end of our galaxy. The colony was built by both the US and Great Britain and is run by British and American scientists. Its your turn to go on a survey mission to correct the Satellite Beacon on the North Plateau which monitors air traffic, which has somehow been disabled. Of course correcting the Satellite is a very simple task, but like all Xterrier personal, it is a job no one wants.
