The year is 2055, more than thirty years after the events of Zero Hour, Earth suffers a catastrophic collision with meteorites. The world is thrown into turmoil as large swathes of land are annihilated. Four factions, the ADF (Asian Democratic Federation), WEA (West European Alliance), WLF (World Liberation Front), and AC (American Confederacy) are at war for control of the remaining already harder to find resources as well as the preservation of their nations and geopolitical interests. Welcome to Deep Impact.
HAPC - The Heavy APC is the UAN’s heavy infantry transport. It has a winning combination of heavy armour, powerful engine, and a light MG for good measure. It is without a doubt the best way for UAN soldiers to move speedily around the battlefield to the required location. Of course, the HAPC design comes with fire-ports, so the infantry traveling inside can wreak merry hell on any enemy units that stray too close to the vehicle during transport.
That automated turret on top looks kinda big for a light MG...
Nice work tho! =D
well then its a big light MG isnt that jsut the best of both worlds :)
You also need to be able to see the gun =P
yeah and think about the armor they have in 2081 our top of the noch weapons from now cant even scratch it so you need a big gun
dude srsly the best of all worlds is a blonde, a beer, and a hot tub
i said both not all
and better yet 2 blondes 2 beerd a hot rub an a bach rub by those 2 blondes.
i can continue this but the machine gun is big and light at the same time its got the best of those 2 things
DON'T CHANGE!! I for one love the look of the MG. You guys better make an equially epic firing animations and sound.I'm glad someone finally made MG's look the way they should. Not a pansy *** round thing with a black stick the goes pew pew.
Kudos

It is a light MG. However, due to supply shortages throughout the UAN for certain items, many UAN vehicles are equipped with larger outer barrels than necessary, because they have a surplus of old gun tubes from Russian scout vehicles. In some cases, these will be retrofitted when the supplies are appropriated, but in some, like the HAPC, its not necessary- the larger outer barrel is intimidating, and has no negative effects on the weapons firepower.
Reminds me of the Battle Fortress from RA2:YR...AWESOME!!! Now all it needs is the voice of an Asian Scottsman ;).
(Althought you won't see me playing as the AC or the UAN...WEA FTW!!!)
Glad you like the UAN's HAPC ShEshy. :P
WEA are my favourite faction as well overall, but it's a close run thing. :)
