This... thing... is one of the more exotic weapons issued by General Chintouse, as with his defense-oriented nature, this is primary an artillery unit.
It has even longer ranged cannons on its back with EMP Warheads- as with Chintouse' other specialty.
These are produced in the Command Center(?) with the Research Center as a requirement.
