Overcompensating going on here.
Emergency Paladins are the ones with 4 Barrels, Missile Pods and a Tomahawk Launch Pad. They are built from Command Centers, but only if you enabled Paladin Science and if you are Rank 3 and up.
They are the most expensive ground units for Angel Wings.
