Description
In order to create an entirely unique experience in Dawn of Victory, we have created from scratch new menus and interfaces that will help distinguish the mod from Sins of a Solar Empire.

Well they've completely overhauled certain aspects of the engine, so I presume that it is possible..
do you mean they have gotten access to the engine itself?
Sorry I meant to write aspects of the game, not engine.
So they are using the sins engine as a base in a sense and are changing the game to be something much different?
