NOT SAVEGAME COMPATBLE. A lot of bloat was removed, especially in Africa. New events and decisions were added for Japan, there were state changes in Germany and France for better conquering by neighbours (read: Dutch and Italians), small map changes, and many many balance changes and minor fixes to just make the game more fun. Also, a rework on leaders.

you no longer need mechanized mining to be able to strike iron/coal, because if you have no iron/coal i imagine you'd take a long time to even consider getting that tech

The RGO spread events like "eletricity" "mechanized mining" "tractors" and so on only appers if you have in provinces which has no RGO unemployment, so it is almost near impossible to get the provinces bonus in a nation were the RGO's fill very quick like Russia, is this intentional? if it isn't I could maybe help you guys to fix it. I've been using only your mod in victoria for the last 5 or so months all, best mod I've ever used, I'd like to also thank you guys.
Yes it is intentional. Basically, if the RGO is overproduced the modifier won't fire so that it doesn't become even more overproduced. Sometimes it can be blocked if the rgo size is full due to coding limitations (unemployment is unemployment no matter what caused it), but that doesn't happen too often. If you check, even nations like England and France won't have those modifiers in every state
