Contra is a freeware modification for Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour real-time strategy game and one of the first mods for this game. It adds many new units as well as numerous new upgrades, new general's powers and buildings. It also adds new sounds, maps, bug fixes, enhanced graphics, and other effects, as well as three new generals.

1. Yes.
2. Yes, Valanx will be applied to all Generals who have Humvees (all, except Cybernetic General). Characteristics will remain the same. It's just a visual change.
So you are changing it from partial conversion into total conversion, yes?
What about the avanger and ambulance at least give em a cosmetic change!
Avenger and Ambulance are not in our plans, but perhaps they might be changed in the future.
If it works same as humvee, please open the windows so passengers can shoot enemies
You won't notice it in-game unless you are paying attention to such small things (you are supposed to focus on the gameplay). Nobody ever removed the Humvee's windows in a Generals mod. It's not necessary. And remember - passengers can shoot from the back too.
The color scheme is different from the rest of America vehicles, why is that so?
Dunno, maybe because of Cheese and Military Music!!! :)
It's in the render settings. The lighting in the render gives a slight strengthening of blue.

Yes.
I like both Valanx and the Humvees, I think you should only replace the Humvees of Superweapon General and keep Humvees for the rest of USA generals. (just my opinion)
