C&C4 was a failure of most of things...
IMHO some units aren't those things. Scorpion tanks, Centurion walkers, Talon scout hovecrafts, Underminer artillery, etc...
Actually C&C4 was supposed to be a cheap multiplayer-only spinoff.
But then EA have decided that it would be great to harvest more money by making up no less cheap storyline and missions.
I like the Sandstorm but that's about it. This Scorpion to me looks really goofy and impractical but you know, when was Nod ever practical? I would rather see the original Scorpion tank and throw in the option to do the laser upgrade and maybe dozer blades to thin out the differences between the two tanks.

i like this scorpion i was allway using it in cnc4 :) in this game i can build more and more of it :D

It was majorly poorly executed. The Walker System could have worked as a Support option only, not as a main base.

Yeah, EA failed the game in general, but there are details worth salvaging (Look my comment above).
there is a base building, then its not Tiberian Twilight at all.

Don't worry I will replace that CC4 Scoprion by original CC3 scorp.
