There have been reports of increased movement near the Borders of Black-Zones across the globe. An area, formerly known as Black-Zone 03, has apparently been the area of multiple sightings of a CCS Base. Though intelligence on this supposed base is patchy at best, the multiple sources that have reported the same sightings usually conflict with each other. In other terms, there is actually likely to be some truth in the reports.
This usually wouldn't be so much of an issue, except that the area in question is very close-by to an active conflict zone. If the CCS are as powerful as what is believed, then everyone will have their own concerns. The CCS may be considered non-hostile to the United Nations, the same doesn't ring true for GDI or NOD. The CCS have previously been reported to directly engage on NOD and GDI in simultaneous coordinated attacks. Mercilessly and ruthlessly eradicating both powers to nothing, not even dust.
Previous Encounters with the CCS
Previous reports of CCS movement are all but destroyed, but their tactics are consistent. The CCS have the combined funding of the UK and Japan, with their secret technological efforts thrown into the mix, the CCS are predicted to be most powerful force known to man. If reports of their involvement with the Scrin are to be believed, they may even have Scrin Technology we are still unaware of. Though it isn't likely that actual contact was made in terms of diplomacy or commerce, it can't be ruled out as the CCS are known to possess both GDI and NOD Technology. The CCS have used Stealth Technology on Custom built Mammoth Tanks at almost 5x the usual cost, but this is actively denied even by the UN.
Current Tactics of the CCS
The usage of technology thought to belong only to specific factions is but the tip of a very big iceberg. The CCS have been known to sit outside of Conflict Zones, involving GDI and NOD, with the intention of observation. On the occasions that GDI and NOD have been locked in combat only growing in numbers, the CCS have been reported to use technology that can only be described as, quote "So scary that it makes the Scrin look like cuddly toys" unquote. It can only be imagined what the CCS blend together of the technologies of other factions. Their Structural design is reported to be quite familiar to that of the GDI. With some interesting paintwork that is apparently due to materials having a natural colour to them.
Summary
If the reports of CCS movement near the zone formerly known as Black-Zone 03 are accurate then it can be expected that the CCS don't like what is going on with GDI and NOD. In this case, then a deadly response will follow and the forces posted near-by have very little time left to live.
