Rigged them almost blind folded, since EA didn't care to include source files for infantry. But thanks to Bibbers asset extractor and Katz Smile's W3X Merge and Importer it's now possible to get default ra3 models to 3dsmax.

Yep, i am using RA3 anims and skeletons, for now. Maybe i future i will try to use some of the Generals anims.

I have only one question. How do you make visible the infantry in such environment? I mean their clothes are green and the bushes are also green from greater distances it will be a problem to spot them for the player.
Housecolors will help, i'm not quite done with them, they're really more pronounced from other objects.
May I suggest making the Red Guards run to their enemies when ordered to use their bayonets like the Imperial warrior Banzai charge ability?
That actually was taken into consideration when i rigged the model. I'll think on it later.
