Colony 8 is a mod that aims at the believeable. Set in the future, Earth in form of ICF has colonized planets beyond our solar system. When the ICF came to the planet that was to become Colony 8, they unwanted. After a brutal war, laying most of the desert planet in ruins, the Colony became a reality. You play a citizen of Colony 8 as he wakes up to the horrors of the fascist government he's been indoctrinated to love.
Colony is an "Atmospheric Sci-Fi Shooter" that aims to be fun to play, innovative, and immersive. While we like to keep things realistic, we wont sacrifice gameplay in favour of realism. We aim to be believable, nothing more (Apart from the things mentioned above).

There's always a lack of interest in mods that don't have anything to show. No show = no help.
So instead of waiting for opportunities to fall in my lap, I learned how to skin weapons and went ahead and skinned the AR for the ICF.
This is my first skin, so the quality is not on par with that of the bigger mods. But the look I went for is suitable for what I want.

the resistence assualt rifle is sweet :D
While we're not a large team we'll show you progress as we go. Slowly, but steady.
We should have concept drawings up within this week or the next, hopefully.
