Hello there, this time we've got good and bad news. Let's start with the bad news: The first patch addressing some bugs and multiple balancing issues is almost finished. That's not that bad, you might say...but the problem is that Hexman, our coder, is moving to Canada to study their for one year at this very moment.
He will finish the work on the patch as soon as possible, but it will take a few more days. But enough bad news for now, let's talk about the good ones! :D
The CWC Map Development Kit is ready and waiting for you in the download-category (Link: Moddb.com). The MDK includes sample code files and scripts for the AI and the different game modes in CWC as well as more than 50 minutes video tutorials. In a nutshell, it contains everything you need to know to create maps for CWC yourself. We're looking forward to play many user created maps (you can upload them as addons).
