Description
For those who wanted the ZiS-3 in game, will be in Eastern Front on the next update as emplacement of the reworked Propaganda War Strategy, who everyone felt that was... uninspiring.
ZiS-3 will be a support gun, good vs infantry and fair vs vehicles with a decent range to counterbalance it's static nature.

AT gun (76mm)
enemy tanks, will not pass!
Something like a tiger or a panther will :P , this is a monster against tanks below pz4 and a bit above but anything in panthers class and above are impervious , this gun is powerful but its penetration power was not very good :p
Yes, for its caliber this gun was horrible against tanks.
The German Pak40 75mm and American M5 76mm penetrate twice as much armor as ZiS-3 76mm.
As for the 76.2mm 17pdr, it was 3 times as good as the ZiS-3!
So (in real life) it had the performance of a light AT gun (50-57mm) and the caliber of a medium AT gun (75-76mm).
Idk how they are going to balance that in-game.

I'm glad you made it historical and made it effective against infantry but not so much against heavily armored vehicles :D
This is super cool, but will the Zis-3 be able to turn toward a tank that is not in its primary line of sight?
