Description
The PTRD-41 and the PTRS-41 have scoped variants which will be used as campaign assets only which means you will actually use them in at least one of the upcoming campaigns.
This means they won't be used in the multiplayer component of the mod.

What is the purpose of this?
Probably just gameplay - the descriptions says it's only available in campaign. Which means campaign missions! :D Give me Stalingrad!
They should have some type of special ability where they can knock out vision slits and such on the tanks.

We will see :). There is a long road to finish the campaigns :).
If you'd shoot with that thing at the vision slit, and manage to hit, chances are that the guy behind is missing a head after that, or had a really close shave.
