Hello there guys,

I'm sad to announce that I am no longer working on Purgatory. The reason why is that I felt like I was loosing focus on creating projects like this while college is happening and after a long talk to myself, I decided to make this into JUST a Tech Demo. The Tech Demo will now be shown as a portfolio for universities that I apply so that they can look at the content that I made.

I am deeply sorry for those who were looking forward to the final release of the campaign but unfortunately, all good things must come to an end.

It's been fun being on here.

1. So i played the demo and i saw that some people went into the operation room and i must say that i finished the CC without ever entering that room... .

2. I only encountered 1 enemy in this whole CC and it left me unbothered.

3. Have the wall that you need to break down with the sledge hammer appear more clearly so people don't have to search the whole map for it without encountering anything at all, it really makes the whole CC boring if you have to search for a long time (without encountering any enemies anywhere).

4. Ending was really sudden with no answers at all so I would really like you to finish it and give us the answer to what happened to Isaac Harper. (so far there was no clue as to what happened, how it happened and what was going on).

P.s. Another thing that I noticed is that every room is rather cramped and there is not much space to move around which of course makes it harder to encounter and fight off enemies. (for an example the attic, theres a lot of boxes, there are statues and a dead body. Instead of all the random stuff that does not add any meaning to the story a few enemies would have been more enjoyable.

The note appears to be fine now and i enjoyed the little brainwork that is required to get the code for the keypad.

Please continue this story and I hope above commentary helps you in any way possible.

1) You used the key in the staff room for the third floor key, I think. Yeah, I'm not that great with making custom keys and had to use 2 of the same keys.
2) Yeah, there are supposed to be 2 more enimies which spawn when you go into the operating room.
3) I made it pretty clear that you have to knock down the wall next the doctor's room. You click E on the wall and Isaac will comment on how the wall feels different.
4)I don't have the motivation to complete the CC, simple as that.
5)That's intended. I've added even more boxes in the attic in the full release but i'll probably remove the dead body for sure(if i ever get to make the full release).

I've fininshed the Tech Demo, and there was a few things i need to mention.

1. The first enemy that comes out of the bathroom is kinda lacking compared to the enemy at the operating table, i suggest getting rid of him, that could increase the tension until the operating table.

2. A bit of mapping thing, map 3.

3. Notes need to be fullbrighted, i had the entire hospital ransacked before i notice the damn paper right next to the table PC.

4. Item descriptions need to be changed, a hall key for the operating room? Another hall key for the 3rd floor door?

If it is necessary i could assist with item description making.

5. Attic blockade needs to be more blockaded, i swear i could jump over half the items in the bloody room.

6. The maps is mostly good, but there is still room for improvement, like how the windows seems to have water coming down on it (The texture probably used an animating texture, so it looks like it's being rained on.).

7. It's just me, but is it okay to give some brushes outside the windows, there's no point in additiving it if there is nothing but the skybox on the other side, it makes it seem like the hospital is in the middle of a desert or the sea ala' NH2.

That was just a few things i got to say, it is just my opinion, so, listen it or not, i don't mind.

The mod so far is pretty good, and i hope for the best for it.

1) Yeah, I felt like it didn't do anything at all. Even the music doesn't react to it as well. I'll remove it.
2) I've never noticed that and I just checked in the RMF file that the texture problem doesn't show up. I'll try and fix it to the best of my ability.
3) I have no idea how to make the notes full-bright. Edit: Now I know and have fixed it.
4) I couldn't figure out how to change the description of the items so I just gave up on it. I probably will contact you for help on that.
5) I didn't want the room to be full of boxes, just some space needed but I am looking for ways to fix this so
6) I'll fix that issue asap.
7) Okay, I could try and add a wall of the city in the background but i can't promise anything.

I hope these will answer your questions and I hope that you can see the full release soon. :)
