Reborn on the RNA engine, the RA2 and YR story will be relived with real time 3d graphics. We of the ConRed team are aiming to recreate the gameplay of Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge on the Red Alert 3 engine, with a new Yuri Campaign. Later on, we will be working on a mod that is an expansion to this one; Condition Red: Rise to Power. The setting of the mod will take place after the events of YR, with Yuri in the psyonic prison. This allows us the create a whole new story continuation, with a lot of new content.
The Cuban military felt that their infantry units were being wiped out too easily when attacking Allied bases, the defences easily able to kill their Terrorist groups at range. So they came up with this special tank designed to take on their concrete walls and defences with high explosive rounds.

It looks more like the ISU-152 with the 152.4 mm ML-20S gun-howitzer to me though. :)

This does way more damage to buildings than the V3.
pfff v3, rather have something that doesn't get taken out by 1 cute little infantry unit, let alone have something that doesn't get taken out by 1 cute little infantry unit when in a group and doesn't have one hell of a horrid dead zone in its range. This beast not only looks like it can take some punishment it looks like it can blow the snot out targets. Now that's my kinda anti defense/armor unit. BEWARE pesky little infantry
This is like the Tank Destroyer, in that it's good against one type of armour and crud against the other two.
I also imagine it's a bit more versatile, quicker, and better armored than the V3, not to mention its projectile can't be shot out of the air
