Clear Sky Complete is a part of the Complete mod collection, which is a series of modifications created by professional artists dedicated to enhancing the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. The Complete mods focus on improving the original game’s graphics, sound, and atmosphere, while preserving its core elements. Built upon the success of STALKER Complete 2009 (which was downloaded well over 200,000 times), this entry in the Complete collection continues the tradition of aesthetically updating the game without changing the original story or gameplay. Fans can expect a polished and pure Zone experience designed around the most graphically demanding title of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky.

Hello fellow Stalkers,

I've got a problem. Recently I started to notice that NPC bodies simply vanish from the ground in the middle of battles, only leaving their weapons behind. Did some research and found out that I should change few values in the stalker.itx file, though I don't have such file at all. I want to change these values(below) but cannot find them anywhere, not in the main installation directory or the public document location where the saves are.

corpse_remove_game_time_interval = 48 ; in hours
stay_after_death_time_interval = 48 ; in hours

Also recently entering Cordon I decided to raid the Army outpost, though as I engage with them in combat they fire back as supposed to, but here's the twist... they suddenly stop firing at me and resume to patrol the area as nothing had happen. The alarm is on and everything but they don't seem to react. Shooting them inside the house and taking cover will only make them sit down.

So I want to know if there's any solution to these problems, especially the corpse removal interval.

I have tried to manually create two LTX files named stalkers and monsters, though when trying to start the game it will crash on me with the following error code;

xrEngine.exe caused BREAKPOINT in module "C:\Deep Silver\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Clear Sky\bin\xrCore.dll" at 0023:1001B944, xrDebug::backend()+164 byte(s)

I don't seem to get the error without the manually created stalkers.ltx and monsters.ltx files, though then the problem remains with the bodies disappearing. The correct name and pathways are listed in system.ltx. Without these files the game may start somewhat normally, though I need the start "bin\xrEngine.exe" fix in a CMD file to do this.

Trying to open the game trough the CD option will give me a crash, same crash trough the CMD file. However another crash appears in the bin folder when trying to open the xrEngine. Opening it results in an error stating "Cannot open file fsgame.ltx", Check your working folder". I've done the changes in fsgame.ltx as supposed, when running with Stalker Complete for Clear Sky.

I recently re-installed the game +mods and nothing is helping. Following mods are used; Clear Sky Complete +3GB RAM version and Seva Suit upgrade 1.1.

Think this was all. Thanks in advance on help.

Sincerely,
zin
