Civil War Crisis mod for Supreme Commander

A word from me:

Supreme Commander is the perfect base for creating mods in any direction, i have tried a WW2 mod: failed i did not find out how to create new Factions or alter the existing ones but made my first steps in Modeling, i tried a complete rebalance (Tactical add-on): failed just as i was testing the Rebalance i found out, it was a complete mess nothing worked everything broken but i found out how to change stats giving units new abilities an create funny things like turning bullets an not to counter fuzzy rockets, still i was fed up by the fact that nothing worked so i put a hold on modding. Now i will start over slowly with trying hard and creating a promising and fun to play mod for one of my favorite games.

i also want to thank the People that helped me in the Past and hope i did not anger them by just dissapearing.
