City Lilliad
Oblivion mod | TBD
City Lilliad is a new city that will be placed inside Cyrodill. This mod will include the following: new city, new quests, and new characters (possibly more). Website is still under construction. We will try to keep the community as up to date. this mod does not have much money to spend on a fourm, or even a paid site. But, that will not stop us from creating a mod.
We hope to achieve this mod with high standards and no bugs. We will also use new voices to keep everything feeling fresh as possible. If you'd like to help us post what you can do and I'll be sure to respond back.
=Main Story line Info
The city is in chaos, Count Logan the VIII is over taxing and torturing helpless people. Their are no imperial guards to help anyone. Some thing is happening, Countess Wynona is no where in time of need. People are looting, and killing to survive, no one knows what to do. Do you?

Many mini quests in the city, many new people to meet. Lots of new action and fresh new things to do in this choatic city.

man i wish i could map for u so u could get this mod going. srry.
Mother of god yes Crisis! I can put quests in but can not build anything. I also have someone that is getting oblivion that can help us also. Please if you have skype add me we could talk my name is dr.phil.mcgraw :P I know... but just add me. Or if you do not have it, its a communication program very popular. Or just comment back on this.
If you guys are still looking for a mapper, I think I could help. I'm not to good with making the quest, but if its made, I can add it into the map/cell.
I have to let this project go.... I do not have the skill to make some thing of this size with my little experience I have with mapping in Oblivion.

Because I have not found any mappers I am going to be taking it up. I am good at source SDK so it should help me a bit in the oblivion editor. I am not sure about the city layout but I am giving it a good try, I will take my time because I want this to be cool. Also I am getting another person who might be able to map and implement quests. So things are going well! when I get some more screens I will make a update.
It is hard to move forward without a mapper :(
But I am not giving up so for now the mod is alive just needs a mapper or two.
after a few days ten % keep it up also is it big or a small mod me wonder me wonder also if you have farcry evolution and if you have live add LT Tatters619 he can make some great maps some times such as clan hq
