City Lilliad is a new city that will be placed inside Cyrodill. This mod will include the following: new city, new quests, and new characters (possibly more). Website is still under construction. We will try to keep the community as up to date. We hope to achieve this mod with high standards and no bugs. We will also use new voices to keep everything feeling fresh as possible.
