Bored with the massive spamming gameplay of CnC3? Well here's a mod for you. Besides of re-balancing the game, it also adds new contents. Features include:
Better countering system
One example was the rifle soldiers and rocket soldiers. Rifle soldiers now effectively kill rocket soldiers.
Some bugs from CnC3 splatted
Hated the fact that Raider Buggies gain no damage bonus from Laser Capacitor upgrade? Well, it has been fixed along with some other bugs EA left behind.
New upgrades
Hide your army with the new Disruption Field upgrade or cause utter destruction with Annihilator Tripods upgraded with Conversion Beams.
The first ever release of C&C3: Defection is finally here.You can download it after it has been authorised by the ModDb site administrator. Take note that you have to patch your C&C3 to version 1.9 for the mod to work.

PS: perhaps give Nod Engineers the ability to change into a Nod Recon Bike, it wont fire anything but it'd just be another way to get across the battlefield, other thing is that it should be a third more expensive than a regular recon bike.
GDI Engineer, Can have an upgrade to have an ability to sprint for a duration of time

I just found that in Kanes Wrath when the Engineer changed into a Recon bike it was a really good idea to have implemented as it's a nice way.

Bollocks to that, they were the weakest out of Tripods, Mammoths and Avatars.

How often do you see a Avatar mass? RARELY.
How often do you see a Mammoth mass? TO DAMN OFTEN.
Prices of each of the 3 should of been increased and production time shortened.
About the Avatar, are you thinking about the ones from KW? Then its true, they are underpowered currently, but we are talking about TW here.
ones in KW, with the blue flames kick a lot of *** ^^(but thats faction only with that).
Rocket Soldiers bring down all, Avatars-Mammoths-Tripods.
But when it's Avatar Vs Mammoth, the Mammoth wins, Tripods Vs Avatar, Tripod Wins. (especially since Mammoth and Tripods get upgrades)
I know you can upgrade an Avatar with the Beam cannon but still.

The fire rate was decreased thus thats an alternative way than just making their firepower stronger.
The idea of this is nice however.
