I personally suck at making mods or anything that goes with them. What I have always been good at is making up units- both realistic and otherwise, something that goes with my writing ability. Since I have heard of some talk of including a civilian faction for the Crazy Mod, I have my own suggestions on a civilian faction and units and such.
The faction would be the Business Overlords, a corporate civilian faction.
Buildings
- Corporate Headquarters: basic home building. Trains Office Worker and Mail-boy. Can upgrade with Consumer Reports
- Sweat-Shop: resource gathering building. Builds low-cost trucks to gather resources.
- Factory: builds vehicles
- Break Room: barracks
Infantry
- Office Worker: Construction unit with low attack and defense power. Dressed in casual white shirt with tie and messy hair. Carries a yard-stick and computer pad.
- Mail-boy: basic scout unit armed with stamp-gun and letter opener.
Secretary: basic infantry unit. Main weapon is a high-powered staple gun. Can be upgraded with Post-It Grenade. Can capture buildings.
- Janitor: basic anti-armor. Main weapon is trash-can mortar. Can be upgraded with Toxic Cleaner and Deadly Recycling.
- Lawyer: Infiltration unit. Can cloak and infiltrate enemy territory and steal money by miring enemy in law cases. Can also double enemy build times by filing a lawsuit against them.
- Security Guard: special infantry unit. Main weapons Pepper Spray and Tazer Gun. Can kill with one shut with Tazer by sending a lethal dose of electricity. Unit is slow moving. Can upgrade to equip Donut-Gun.
- CEO: Commando unit. Armed with Mont Blanc Pen Rifle and Briefcase Mortar. Has cloaking capability and can snipe vehicle drivers.
Vehicles
- Bureaucrat Launcher: Fires Bureaucrats at the enemy who then proceed to “fire” them causing the enemy infantry units to disintegrate. Can be upgraded with Red Tape.
- Segway: basic vehicle that can be ridden by any infantry unit. Unique weapon with each unit, starts with Security Guard, and is armed in the beginning with Pepper Spray and Tazer Gun.
- Cubicle Cart: a cubicle with treads, armed with a Paper Gun and Computer Launcher, can be upgraded to include a Coffee Hose
- Vending Machine Buggy: Mobile vending machine, fires sodas and stuff out of its slot. Can be upgraded with Candy Delight, and Bottle Power
- Water Cooler: armed with luke-warm water sprayer. Can be upgraded to include two more modes with Boiling Point and Freezer Burn

- Red Tape: adds the ability to the Bureaucrat Launcher to cover enemy vehicles with Red Tape, causing them to temporarily frozen, and permanently slowing them down.
- Donut-Gun: Security Guard upgrade- adds a Donut-Gun shaped like a police baton that fires glazed mini-donuts that explode on contact, striking the target with sticky glaze and high-calorie goodness.
- Coffee Hose: Cubicle Cart upgrade, sprays hot coffee at infantry boiling them alive in the hot coffee. No effect against vehicles

- Consumer Reports: HQ upgrades that acts as the map revealer like with the array for the USA HQ addition. Shows map but does not clear Fog of War. Does, however, show enemy command centers

Base Defenses
- Cabinet Cannon: Anti-vehicle base defenses in the shape of a double filing cabinet, that fires filing drawers at vehicles and explodes with paper shrapnel doing area damage.
- Pencil Sharpener: Anti-infantry base defense shaped like a large pencil sharpener. Fires slivers of pencil lead at high speed at enemy troops.
- Shrubbery Launcher: Anti-air base defense that fires plastic plants at high speed at enemy aircraft.
