I don't think dirt is allowed to look so damn fine. We may end up playing the entire game with our nose to the ground because the ground is so pretty.

Well if the sky is equally pretty then you'll settle your view somewhere in the middle. Ideal! Certainly a fix Stalker CoP needs. Installed it recently and it looks like I'm playing a first person shooter on a rucked up towel with some lego buildings dumped ontop. Which would be more fun. Go respectable textures!
CoP doesn't look that bad. The graphics in their vanilla state still allow for some epicly atmospheric gaming, mind you, I'm still getting this mod for my second play through of CoP... I'll save those stalkers from the bloodsuckers yet!
The vanilla graphics are completely ruined by the crappy grass draw distance.
