Yes, I know how to change the loadout of NPC's and what not but... For example... I want to give RPG, RPG ammo too all NPC's for fun, but then I notice i had to do it for every single npc spawn thingie on every faction... It would take hours for just a simple funny thing... Not worth it at all.

I was hoping anyone made or as a addon suggestion, could make a NPC Loadout Tool, to allow people to change NPC's loadout per faction and choose items from a list, copy the loadout to other factions and such... Reducing the long, tedious and time consuming process with something Simple, easy and fast to deal with.

Just saying, I have been dreaming for something like that since before COC was even a thing for SoC, I still dream of it but I ain't no programmer or anything close to it.

Character description files are much simpler in the WIP 1.5 R7 version. Older 1.5 versions should already have separate loadout files. 1.4 uses a mostly vanilla system, not much you can do about that.

Simpler you say? How so? I don't think I ever tried to change it on that one, only on current CoC release and older games.

Do tell how simpler it is so I can decide on trying it with 1.5 or not, thank you!

R7 uses presets. Not perfect, but IMO still better and cleaner than it was before.

These are the loadout files that were added in early 1.5

Very interesting, shame that first 2 games use the painful system... At least for CoC 1.5 I will be able to mod the loadouts with so much more ease!

Thanks for the help, this should be a good answear for any other curious person! :D

I just tried to do the same thing for Anomaly and when i learned how to do it and was faced with manually editing a 11K lines file i was genuienly terrified and shocked by how poorly this loadout system was conceived/written. Hopefully with 1.5 things will look a whole lot better.

Gonna use this old thread cause I feel its better than making another one for a very similar question.

I'm playing Road To The North, wanted to change the loadout of Zombified but... It doesn't work, on the supplies part it only says <supples></supplies> It doesn't have any, but they do spawn with random assortment of weapons and stuff... I have no idea what the heck am I supposed to do to change their loadout, they don't even spawn with it on their inventory neither!
