Call of Chernobyl is a free-play sandbox mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. : Call of Pripyat created by TeamEPIC. It features 32 explorable maps, reworked level design and level fixes, new original level, Trucks Cemetery, Full AI and A-Life overhaul, engine and script enhancements, Repeatable task system which bases itself on A-Life events, Customizable weather environments for every map as well as surges and psi-storms from AF3, Character creation which includes name, portrait and faction selection; Several optional modes such as Ironman mode, story mode and zombie survival mode, New achievements, rankings and reputation system, PDA leaderboard and enhanced PDA statistics, Companion system with keyboard issued commands, many optional side-features and community-made addons . Description

There are very few threats in the zone as lethal as a swarm of mutated komars, with their 5cm infected proboscis. They can be found more specially in the Great Swamp, Jupiter and Zaton areas. The best way of surviving from a swarm is certainly getting out of its way as quick as possible, or using a fast and sharp knife or shotgun.

You remember when i told you i was having issues with merging mutants mods? well i forgot to add a line in squad_desc under the ''new mutants'' line, but i still dont know how to add mutants in the game_relations, there was an ''komar'' line already on it that comes with the tark mutant addon so i used that and prayed and it works just fine! I will try with new mutants from the stalker-mods page, but i dont know how to make addons so i will keep that for my personnal use and leave the addon making to the pros like you. Thanks and i expect to se more of you. :D (sorry, english is not my natal languaje)

Yes, the issues may come more probably from addons that mod game_relations and squad_descr files, better check before installing.

I have no idea about squad_descr (will be checking it out) but i just did some messing around with a game_relations just to alter faction standings between Freedom and CSky, does this interfere with this addon?

Yes, but its is just the monster relations table, it can be easily merged to any game_relations, making it compatible, using WinMerge i.e..

These mutant mosquitoes are a NIGHTMARE.

As soon as I can hear the humming of their wings, I'm immediately scanning the environment for an escape route. They are wicked.

These insects from hell are so frustrating, that I dearly wish that there's a very low recoil 100-round fully automatic shotgun to take them out with. That, or a special knife that has 50 blades attached to it instead of the measly one.

This is really great, I hate mosquitoes and this ones are freaking bastards. But, how do the NPCs react in front of them ? If they react like they do in front of a boar, that could be strange, no ?
