The story
You're heading towards a new city.
After the massacre in your home town, where you’ve lost your family, friends and even your dog, you're done with them. You want them down…
You heard rumours about a secret rebellion force in a city a few miles to the west. You decide to let yourself get transported to “work” for the combines, and at the same time to look for a way to join the rebels. Getting there is easy, keeping alive even harder; avoid trouble, keep away from the combines, find a way to the rebels.
Living a life undercover between your greatest enemies, heavy battles with combine forces, infiltrate and take over structures and buildings, set traps and defend yourself.
In your new life, only one thing is sure…

The concept
Burden City will be a Co-op RPG.
Singleplayer quests and multiplayer missions will be yours in this mod, with the final goal to destroy the combine forces.
Joining the rebels, infiltrating combines, saving others or being a normal citizen; the choice is up to you…
