Really nice although I'd make the corners round shaped in the observation lounge. And Id find a separate ceiling texture for rock formation. The player shouldn't see that this is actually a cubic room. The tree could be slightly larger as well.
Eventually extend the ceiling of the observation lounge so much that the player can't see the top through the window. Assuming that this place is far enough below the ground level.
As for the corridor itself it's nice but also not so pretty. You could easily improve upon it by adding some trims along the line where the ground lights are located or some black/yellow stripes warning anybody that it is going down just as a reminder to be careful. Some signs here and there next to the doors or on top surely will also improve this whole location.
