***Story***
It has been three and a half years since the Dragonborn slew Alduin in Sovngarde and much has
happened in the lands of Tamriel. In Skyrim, the Empire, having slain Ulfric
and defeating the Stormcloak army, was able to obtain a peace agreement with
the Eastern Holds in Skyrim which allowed for the Holds to select their own
Rulers and protect themselves with their own men. The Winterhold Accords
provided that the Imperial Legion would pull its forces from Eastmarch and
the Rift and established the creation of the semi-autonomous state of the Free
Peoples of Skyrim which included the Holds of Eastmarch and the Rift. The Holds
of Winterhold voted to ally themselves with the Crown. However, the state still had to pay a small
tax to the crown of Skyrim for the rebuilding effort and damages done during
the war.

Skyrim for a Time was at peace. One year after the Death of Alduin a
large steady influx of Dunmer refugees from Morrowind began crossing the border
into Skyrim and Winterhold began to bustle with life again. After the Dunmer influx all of the Thalmor in
Skyrim were ordered to leave for the Dominion immediately after whispers of an unknown
catastrophe in Summerset Isle began to permeate within the Imperial ranks. The Thalmor Embassy was abandoned overnight
and then was “accidentally” burned to the ground by the next day. In the Reach,
a stroke of luck by one drunken imperial soldier would turn into the greatest
gold find for the Empire in its history after the drunken soldier took a tumble
off a cliff near the Reachwind Eyrie and caused an avalanche which revealed
gold ore in the side of the mountain. The Regar Mines, in honor of the Breton
soldier Regar Baras, would begin to churn out the greatest wealth the Empire
had obtained in nearly two Ages. The Empire mined the ore jointly with the
Crown of Skyrim so as to keep up the illusion of the Alliance.

A new Citadel in
Skyrim, The Guard of the Reach, was commissioned outside of the Regar Mines after
the wealth from the gold ore reached the vaults of the Gold-White Tower. After
the discovery of the gold vein in the Reach more news of the Thalmor reached
the Imperial City. The Thalmor soldiers stationed in Valenwood were recalled
back to Summerset Isle, which brought more questions than answers as to what
exactly was happening in The Aldmeri Dominion. After the assassination of
Emperor Titus Mede II in Skyrim at the hands of (you know who you were ;-) )
the Imperial Senate was thrown into chaos as to who should be the new Emperor.
After a year of debate the most controversial emperor of the Age was chosen.
Senator Theras Durai, a Dunmer, was voted in to be the successor to Titus Mede II.
As was the Imperial custom, Theras Durai changed to his name proper to Marcus
Theras the first of his house.

Exactly two years after the Dragonborn slew
Alduin, a badly wounded Altmer was found floating in the Abecean Sea near the
Island of Stirk by an Imperial Naval vessel. The Altmer was taken back to Anvil
for questioning. However, the Altmer refused to divulge anything to an “Imperial”
and then made the boast that he would only divulge what had happened in Summerset
Isle to an Emperor that was of Elven blood and by a chance of fate it was a
Dunmer that had been crowned Emperor a few days prior. When Emperor Marcus
Theras came to question the Altmer prisoner he was dumbfounded but honored his
boast. The Alter told the Emperor, in a
very cryptic manner, that an old enemy had returned to take back what was once
theirs. The Altmer then grabbed the Emperor and before his guards could strike
down the Altmer he yelled the words “they came from below” and then slit his
throat with Emperor’s dagger.

Silence
then came from Summerset Isle, not a whisper came out of the Dominon. The
Emperor had planned to send a reconnaissance fleet to Summerset Isle to find
out what was happening there but then cancelled the mission for fears that it
was all just a ruse to manipulate the Empire into making what the Thalmor would
receive as an act of war and thus starting the war up again. A year of peace
and prosperity followed the Alter Incident and the Empire wasted no time putting
their new wealth to good use rebuilding old roads and forts in Cyrodill and
afar.

Two years and seven months after Armageddon’s End a Nord miner in the
Regar Mines struck a vein only to have is collapse into a shaft. After further
inspection the Imperials discovered that the Dwemer had begun mining there
before they disappeared millennia ago. The Imperials sent an expedition into
the shaft and discovered that the Dwemer weren’t just mining the area they were
making room for large structures. After
months of study the Imperials learned that they had stumbled upon the mythical Dwemer
Capital Lezkar’Marka. For reasons unknown, after the discovery of the ancient
Dwemer site Emperor Marcus Theras would send the Argonian Legion to Skyrim where
they would build the impressive Camp Blackswamp outside the Reachwind Eyrie and
they would also fortify the ancient Dwemer tower as well. Together Camp
Blackswamp and the Imperial Citadel, The Guard of the Reach, would make the Reach
the most heavily fortified region in the North. After the Argonians completed
Camp Blackswamp one of the strangest events in Tamriel’s would occur.
The Night
of Lights, as it would come to be called, was seen from High Rock, Hammerfell,
Cyrodill, Vallenwood, Elsweyr, The Black Marsh and Morrowind. On a cold night
in Vvardenfell exactly three years after Armageddon’s End a
small red light shined from the center of Red Mountain but soon the faint light
would turn into a pillar of red as it shot into the sky and was seen by citizens of
Morrowind, citizens of Skyrim in Winterhold and Windhelm and was seen as Far as
the Imperial City by the Emperor himself who happened to be atop the Gold-White
Tower when the Night of Lights began. After a few minutes the red pillar of
light died out, but that was only the beginning. Citizens of Windhelm who were alarmed
by the light in Morrowind looked up to the Throat of the World to see a feint Orange
light shining into the sky and then the light burst into a pillar as the Red
Mountain light did. After a few minutes it too died. However, multiple lights
across Tamriel began to light up the night sky. A blue pillar of light sprung
up within the Wrothgarian Mountains in Highrock, a silver pillar of light in
the Dragontail Mountains of Hammerfell, a gold pillar
of light in the Velothi Mountains near Cheydinhall, a yellow pillar of light
from the marshes near Helstrom, a bronze pillar of light from the Deserts of
Elsweyr near Orcrest, a purple pillar of light from the deep forests of
Valenwood near Eldenroot, and the wood elves on the Valenwood coast swore that
they could see a green pillar of light coming from Summerset Isle. After an
hour all of the lights had died but the whole of Tamriel was in a panic.

After
the the Night of Lights; however, the most recent event would shake Tamriel
even further to its’ foundation. In Skyrim, citizens of the Rift reported
seeing a large structure towering over the Throat of the World and soon after
Dwemer structures began appearing all over Tamriel as if they had been there all
along, just waiting. The Fabled Dwemer Towers, the Eyes of the World, appeared
on the highest peaks of every land in Tamriel. The fears of the Ancients have
come true. The return of Bronze and Stone is at hand.

***Content***
Phase 1: R/NR
R 2/17 :1.0- Added The Dwemer Tower, The Eyes of the World, exterior only, map marker
R 2/18 :1.1-Improved Eyes of the World

R 2/18 :1.2 -Added Camp Blackswamp ( which is located right outside of Reachwind Erie), map marker and Improved Eyes of the World

NR 2/21-22 :1.25-Added a working route to the Eyes of the World, players must venture to the Ruins of Nadaver, which is located just north of Orphan Rock, and then proceed to the tower from there. Camp Blackswamp layout. ***Note*** Guard of the Reach is still under construction so it will look a bit odd at the moment.

***Notes on First release:- Now If you have read my little story then you know that the mod takes place after the the main questline and the civil war ends. I would recommend that players finish the main game first simply because I am Giving Skyrim a Makeover so places like the Reachwind Eyrie which was rather barren next to the orc camp is now very very crowded. Now if you don't care about large structures popping up all over Skyrim then have at it I won't hinder fun, just throwing it out there.

-For the final cinematic atop the Throat of the world after
you defeat Alduin I had to move some of the Dragons around but they should
still act normally, flying around in the air. Some dragons that are perched on
the upper part of the mountain were also moved but I have not been able to test
if they are messed up.

***Report Any Issues not Discussed Above***

Now I understand that for many lore fans I may be way of the
radar story wise but this is just a mod and my story so I really don’t care to
follow lore.

Really? That's your question? "Can we do some stupid crap?" How about "Will there be awesome new weapons, like firearms?" or "Will there be some badass Dwemer power-armor of some sort?"

Yes, more death dealing, violence and brutality and war-centered-only items and possibilites. Is that all you think of Mr. Sigilstone17 from the US the warmonger and policeman of nations?

* * *

Meant mining and mines, along with terraforming and creating/opening one's own mines, more minerals, more economical and geographical goodies.
