BrewLAN is a mod for Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance that has been in on and off development by a team of one for almost a decade. It adds a wide variety of new units for all factions, as well as offering several new game modes and features. The core design goals for the mod are simple; to add new, interesting, and visually aesthetic units which complement those already in existence and to maximise technical compatibility with other mods.

Description
This is a commission; it's basically a cheaper weaker version of the Cooper, but a submarine with a flak. Tech 1 nd 3 subs for comparison.

Yes.
I saw this yesterday on the discord. So the big question is how well does it stack up against the Cybran T2 Sub? Since it's weaker than the Cooper I assume not without some serious numbers advantage?
1 on 1 the Barracuda usually wins with a around half health left, although it can vary wildly based on how lucky or unlucky anti-missile flares are for either, and if they are facing the right direction to make best use of the flares. Flares on this are on the front, on the Barracuda they are on the sides.
A direct spawned-in 3:2 confrontation is more or less even, which follows Lanchester's square law, although that doesn't take into account the Barracudas slightly longer ranges, and stealth.
In short, cost for cost, this is more likely to win if you ignore the Barracuda's advantages in picking engagements.
Do these build any faster or cheaper than the barracuda?
They're about half way between the cost and effect of the Cooper and the T1 attack subs, so yes.

Cochrane sounds nice. Significantly cheaper, but havent expected that T2 cybran sub Barracuda would have more hp than UEF one.
Well, cybran Vesper is even way stronger.
Well, submarine killers are cut above and different from UEF Cooper as submarine hunter torpedo boat.
And then theres Yatshou.
UEF aircraft carrier T2 or T3 would be nice, always bothered me that they only have exp/T4.
