BrewLAN is a mod for Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance that has been in on and off development by a team of one for almost a decade. It adds a wide variety of new units for all factions, as well as offering several new game modes and features. The core design goals for the mod are simple; to add new, interesting, and visually aesthetic units which complement those already in existence and to maximise technical compatibility with other mods.
Continuing with the "rework everything" thing going on, the Seraphim engineering stations with a redone UV and texture. I would like to add that the texture size was unchanged between the two; previously the UV mapping was set up to re-use the texture of the T2 artillery, so there was a lot of unused texture area. Now it uses it's own texture entirely, so it can use the whole of the texture area.
It's great that you're doing retextures. You're doing really well.
The Seraphim Engineering Stations look like turrets, but I think this fits the aesthetic of a race that is literally alien to humanity in every way. :)
In my opinion, they look very good, and their height guarantees that they will not be mistaken for offensive weapons.
Can they be slightly differentiated in terms of the length of the white post?
