Would be nice if they would blink. In UDK you could probably do this even just by changing the texture. Source, I don't know.

The walking looks a little bit awkward, like something is pulling them around rather than muscle movement. Maybe the stepwidth could be smaller?

Yet, this scene looks really nice, once again!

Normally they blink in-game, but since this was all set up and rendered in Source Filmmaker as a demonstration, I haven't bothered adding those details.

I agree, some of the animations require heavy editing. Not all the scene are shown in the original game, which is why you'd see some of the "blooper" moments.

Description

Cutscenes in-game are handled differently than the sequences you usually see in Source games.

In Bloodlines, the choreography entity handles the animations for the actors, without having external sequence entities to animate them.

In this example, each biped was exported as separate bipeds and imported into the game and rendered with Source Filmmaker.
