AA will probably make the best results (preferably with the AA setting on max), though alternatively you can also take a screenshot in a really high resolution and then reduce to a reasonable size. But do what you prefer.

Lightmap on all textures is 8 compared to 16 by default, which is already pretty sharp. I can set some textures to 4 but that leads to vrad errors on occasion, so I'll have to tweak some more.

Yes sure. About corner don't forget to use a nice lightmap to skip problem of lighting.

Sorry Hezus... i dislike it so far... it looks still like hl1 and in hl1 you can do way better stuff.... dunno if its only me but i like your hl1 maps more :D
