AA will probably make the best results (preferably with the AA setting on max), though alternatively you can also take a screenshot in a really high resolution and then reduce to a reasonable size. But do what you prefer.

Lightmap on all textures is 8 compared to 16 by default, which is already pretty sharp. I can set some textures to 4 but that leads to vrad errors on occasion, so I'll have to tweak some more.
