I was wondering for a Very Long time (I got excluded from disscusions after poitning out Real bugs in the Semper Fi edition
/like French forces leaving the Maginot Line, while you're trying to make a hit from the North as British/)
why two Very simple solutions (and adding A lot to a playability) didn't get applied (so maybe you guys will do it,
and then the main developer for the next edition will think "oh, that's a good idea, will make a money on that,
and give fuck all to the one which will pay us anyway for implementing their ideas...; anyway...):

1) Why couldn't you just give an order for a particular level of command (corp, army, group of army...)
to regroup to a particualr area (give a particular point on the map and then the AI can distrubute the units /obviously divisions of the same corp with each other and facing front etc.) instead of having to press each fucking division and give it direction...?
Hmmm?

2) Second thing is why (before or after) invasion of a particular country you cannot just simply make a deal with your allies on which piece of land which belong to whom after the victory or during the occupation /regardless of the military moves)? Hmmm?

That's it for now and I hope you'll consider it guys, as I just (yeah, I know, fucking late) dicovered your MOD.

If I am understanding you correct, question 1 already has the answer in game. You can move an entire corps or army via simply the HQ by clicking on the small ledger which lists the corps, divisions and amount of troops and giving a move command. All those units will then move to the province selected. You can move an entire theatre this way if desired. You can then choose to allow the AI control that theatre and the AI will redistribute the armies/ corps by adding new HQs for example. If you define a new theatre for the formation it will distribute the units within it according to how you select the stance ( i.e. defensive or blitz stance for example)Beyond this though there isn't much a modder can change as this stuff is all hardcoded game mechanics. We can't add anything new to the game engine or even any new code to the game. All we can do is twist existing things around. Much of the game mechanics, especially the AI and how it uses its units is hardcoded.Which includes the answer to question 2. The only way to really do this would be to create a number of different war gaols with land parcelled out according to the war goal chosen. This sounds fine in theory , but by its nature is very scripted and might not always work in terms of gameplay and what a player wants to do each time. It would also be a lot of work, complicated and prone to bugs. Wargaols are tricky things to get right for every possible scenario. The more wargaols added the greater the chance of issues.
