Hi,

Playing as Soviet Union, but the Soviet Guard never triggered, meaning I can't get Guard units.

I have tried to search for event, so I can edit it, but can't find it anywhere.

Anyone able to help me?

The Guards activation triggers when you go to war with Germany.
