After a few months a completely updated Black ICE is out. Welcome 3.2! With a lot of new features , tweaks and fixes this is the latest release of Black ICE.

how i run this mod???
Yes have same question does it really work? I have downloaded lots of mods for games and had no prob this one seemed easy enough until I started now a day later still scratching my head? Something is missing on installation of mod( meaning something has to be deleted or added to mod for it too work) I am assuming the people who do get it too work have messed around with it to put files in right location on guess work to make it work.I hve followed install instructions to letter get same message lua 51.dll. that closes to getting it too work. Mod does look awesome. Ty
The game crashes at the start of a new game. My machine is a bit old. only 2 GB DDR2 and AMD Athlon 2.3 GHz Dual core. VGA is built in ATI Radeon HD 3200.
I can run the retail with no problem. Just the mod crashes after starting a new game.
If some one can help i'll appreciate it :)

To anyone that manage to make the mod works, can you tell us how? exactly?... The vanilla HOI3 tfh works well, started a new game and it was nice... but with the black ice mod it crashes in the start of a new game. the menu screen appeared, i selected a country and it stopped working!!!!

Make sure you have a clean HOI3 TFH 4.02. WITH PODCATS TFH EXE
Place installer in the main HOI3 directory (With all the vanilla exe files)
Double click (run as administrator)
The mod installer will create a new folder for black ice in tfh/mods
Only English Language version is supported REPORTED CHECKSUM PXTO
Currently does not work with XP computer systems. We are working on this...
